A few months ago I took on a full project for a beauty salon. They had no website, no online presence and no way for clients to find them on Google. Other keywords I targeted on separate pages:

Each page had its own focus keyword. No two pages competed with each other. This is a simple but powerful strategy most websites completely ignore.
I Wrote Real Content That Google Loves
After building the pages I focused on the content. Most salon websites have almost no real content just a few lines and some pretty images. Google does not rank thin pages. It wants pages that genuinely help the reader and answer their questions properly.I wrote detailed, helpful content for every service page. I explained what each service is, who it is for, what clients can expect and why this salon is the right choice. Natural, honest and keyword rich written for real people first.
What good content looked like for this project:
- Minimum 400 to 600 words per service page
- Clear headings breaking up the content into easy sections
- Natural use of the focus keyword and related terms
- A clear call to action at the bottom of every page “Book Now” or “Call Us Today”
Good content is not just about ranking. It also converts visitors into actual bookings. Both matter.
I Set Up and Optimised the Google Business Profile
For a local business like a beauty salon Google Business Profile is one of the most powerful free tools available. When someone searches “female massage in Dubai” or “ladies salon near me” Google shows a map section at the top with local businesses. Getting into that section is a huge win.
I set up & optimize their Google Business Profile completely .
What I did:
- Added all business information name, address, phone number, website and working hours

I Built Relevant Local Backlinks
To help Google trust the new website I built backlinks from relevant and trusted local sources. For a Dubai based beauty salon this meant getting listed on local business directories and beauty related platforms.

- Social media profiles all linking back to the website
